By booking a session with RGV Imagery you agree to the terms and conditions.

Photographs and video imagery produced by RGV Imagery are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights

reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without the explicitly written permission from RGV

Imagery. Once CLIENT has received the final images or video content from RGV Imagery, and upon final payment by the CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images or videos will be transferred to the CLIENT. RGV

Imagery grants the CLIENT permission to share and distribute the images on their personal social media

accounts. RGV Imagery grants image rights for printing the produced images as needed by the client.

I agree that all or part of my photographs and or videos produced by RGV Imagery may be used for educational

or promotional purposes by RGV Imagery to our own website or social media accounts.

All creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of RGV Imagery, the CLIENT

acknowledges that they are familiar with the company's portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the

company's style. Accordingly, CLIENT acknowledges that the photos or video shall not be subject to rejection on

the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria. The CLIENT proceeds knowing that RGV Imagery will have full editorial

and production control for all aspects of the production and post-production services for the media being

produced.
